Sometimes things get a little hectic around here, race fans. January is one of the busiest times in the AMSOIL Race and Events Department. Last week was the kickoff of Monster Energy Supercross and AMSOIL Arenacross.
AMSOIL is all about enthusiasts who work hard and play harder, whether on a sled, dirt bike or in a car. Together we’re fiercely “Devoted to Protection” when it comes to taking care of our vehicles and toys.
Here at AMSOIL, 2017 delivered a whirlwind of activity from start to finish. From new and reformulated products that further solidified our status as the leader in synthetic lubricant technology, to the loss of our beloved founder Al Amatuzio, it’s been a year of highs and lows unlike any other in our history.
They say behind every great athlete is a great coach. In the world of snocross racing, behind every great racer is a great mechanic wrenching on his sled. But they don’t only provide mechanical support.
Are you in the holiday spirit? The season is bustling, and everyone is burning the candle at both ends. There’s no time to waste, especially stuck on the side of the road after the diesel fuel in your car or truck froze overnight. Are you prepared?
Our AMSOIL gear doesn’t get as much love as our synthetic lubricants, which is a shame since we have a great lineup of shirts, hats, hoodies and other items. So a group of us got together to test out some of our AMSOIL gear to see which we liked most.
Having grown up in the country, snowmobiles were a common form of transportation. When I was little my dad would tow the toboggan behind our late ’80s (don’t even try to guess my age from that!) machine to the local bar for burgers or through the woods to our skating pond.
Last week I was asked to share some of the things I’ve learned during my career at AMSOIL. To be frank, the list is much longer than what I have time to share here, but it’s sure been fun reflecting on some of the highlights. Here are five more bits, pieces, observations and discoveries.
