Winter has officially arrived in the Midwest, and we head to Ironwood, Michigan, for the season opener. With some areas already seeing upwards of two feet of snow, it’s the perfect setting for all the high-flying, edge-of-your-seat action. As sleds prepare for battle, AMSOIL Championship Snocross is gearing up for an adrenaline-fueled 2025-2026 season. With a fresh slate of race dates and a reshuffled roster of elite riders, this season promises to deliver high-octane action from the first green flag to the final checkered.

Favorite Tracks Return
December
AMSOIL Championship Snocross kicks off with the Snocross National December 12-13 at Mt. Zion in Ironwood, Michigan. The Ironwood opener features the exciting AMSOIL Dominator challenge, more on that below.
January
As we head into 2026, the series continues with the U.S. Air Force Snocross National at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota, January 9-10, followed closely by fan-favorite U.S. Air Force Snocross National at the Days of ’76 complex in the Wild West of Deadwood, South Dakota, January 23-24.
February
Brush up on the language of love and take your sweetheart to see the pro-class Grand Prix de Valcourt in Quebec, Canada, February 14-15. Racers and fans wil be headed south to the Seneca Allegany Snocross National the following weekend, February 20-21, in Salamanca, New York.
March
The month kicks off with the CFMOTO Snocross National at ERX Motor Park in Elk River, Minnesota, on March 6-7. Then the circuit rolls into the “Snowmobile Capital of the World,” Eagle River, Wisconsin, for the Eagle River Snocross National on March 13-14, always a fan favorite.
April
The 2025-2025 Snocross season will again conclude in Duluth, Minnesota, with the AMSOIL Snocross National at Spirit Mountain on April 3-4.
Dominator Opens the Season
The AMSOIL Dominator is a bracket-style, head-to-head, Pro-class race on opening weekend of the series in December at Ironwood. Past winners have included Tim Tremblay, Kody Kamm and Elias Ishoel.
All-Star Lineup
One of the biggest storylines heading into the season is the retirement of legendary multi-time champion Elias Ishoel. Known for his aggressive style and unmatched consistency, Ishoel leaves behind a legacy that will be hard to match. But as one chapter closes, another opens.
Enter Anson Sheele, the former Pro Lite standout from the Scheuring Speed Sports team. After finishing second in points last season, Sheele is making the leap to the Pro class, ready to challenge the sport’s elite. With Scheuring’s proven program behind him, expectations are high for Sheele to make an immediate impact.

Watch Snocross Live
Each stop will feature Pro, Pro Lite and amateur classes, with livestream coverage available on FloSports. Tape-delayed replays of all 16 rounds will be aired on FOX Sports. Fans can expect exclusive content, behind-the-scenes footage and tech tips throughout the season—plus giveaways and dealer activations at every event.
